Alegria 67 "Neow"

We have completed a major project on the Alegria 67 "Neow". This custom job mobilized our teams around a full refit, combining technical expertise, precision, and personalization to meet the high demands of the owner.

Among the works we directly carried out are custom composite fabrication tasks, including the full design and construction in our workshop of the boom as well as two large storage lockers, combining lightness, strength, and premium finish. We also applied anti-fouling and reinforced the structural components of the capstan. These interventions demonstrate our mastery of composite materials, interior layout, and technical integration in the luxury marine sector.

Other installations were done in close collaboration with our trusted partners, notably the installation of an Astel Marine underwater lighting system structured into 5 independent zones, with musical synchronization, RGBW, fully controllable via the Garmin interface. They also installed a Sea.AI camera, two hydraulic furlers, additional hot water tanks to optimize the jacuzzi filling speed, a jacuzzi deck shower, a diving compressor, new winches, and a second desalination unit. Additionally, we manufactured a bed separator, installed a TV with an elevator, added extra outlets, installed lighting on the spreader bars, added a Yacht Controller, and insulated the engine rooms. The forward spikes were also redesigned with the creation and fabrication of custom-fitted equipment.

This project demonstrates our expertise in complex interventions on large units, combining composites, layout, and technical equipment. It illustrates the commitment of our teams throughout the project.

The success of the composite fabrication was made possible thanks to our integrated design office, which allows us to gain responsiveness, precision, and efficiency while ensuring perfect control of every phase, from technical design to final production.
